*The Classic Wedding Package is FREE based on a 7-night or longer All-Inclusive stay booked in Beachfront category room or higher. Some restrictions apply. Free wedding may not be combinable with some offers and/or packages. Not included: Registrar fees and licenses. All weddings, including the free wedding, require a local licensing fee of US$450 (subject to local change). This fee is payable to the local authorities and includes all licenses/services of the registrar & a copy of the marriage certificate. Transportation to and from minister office is not included (taxi into town). **Wedding Packages are available to brides and grooms staying and celebrating their ceremonies at St. James’s Club Morgan Bay ONLY. We are sorry we cannot offer the wedding packages to weddings occurring off the property.

Venues
Choose from one of our several romantic wedding ceremony locations. Exchange vows in a beautiful hilltop gazebo that overlooks the sea, or be wed on the powdery-sand beach with the sparkling blue water as your backdrop.

Receptions
Host your reception at one of our many venues including restaurants, marquees or a beach barbecue option. A reception dinner can be arranged at one of the restaurants on the property as part of the All-Inclusive program. Please contact our Wedding Coordinator to discuss your personal needs for larger parties and desires when it comes to planning your customized reception. In order for the reception dinner to be part of the All-Inclusive rate, the wedding party must dine from the menu being served at that particular restaurant that day/evening. The wedding guests must also be staying at the resort. If the guests are staying off property, they must purchase a pass in order to attend the wedding and reception. The reception must take place within the time period the restaurant is open for service. Please note that all prices and menus are subject to change without notice at the discretion of St. James’s Club Morgan Bay.

Florist
Floral arrangements are available, including site decorations, corsages, buttonholes, bridesmaid flowers and table centerpieces.

Entertainment
Live entertainment includes the options of a steel band, DJ or gospel choir. We can also arrange for local dancers, fire breathers and more.

Salon / Spa
Enhance your wedding day with salon services including makeup, hair styling or complete bridal makeovers. Relax in the spa with a manicure, massage, facial, body wrap and a variety of herbal treatments.

Photography
St. James’s Club Morgan Bay Photography creates a complimentary blend of traditional, contemporary and candid photography. This brings an artistic mixture of elegance and captivating style to your special day, creating timeless memories for you to share of your wedding in the Caribbean. St. James’s Club Morgan Bay Photography uses the latest digital imagery with an onsite lab to complete your own tailored photography package including albums, CDs and DVDs.*Use of third party vendors for photography or other services that are already offered by St. James’s Club Morgan Bay is strictly prohibited.

St. Lucia Wedding Requirements
Our dedicated staff of wedding planners is here to help you with all wedding requirements and to make sure you have everything you need before you say “I do.”
To obtain a marriage license in St. Lucia, you must do the following:
- The hotel recommends a minimum of 3 business days in St. Lucia to obtain a marriage license. To be married less than three business days after arrival there will be a US$560 expediting fee required to be paid in cash to the solicitor at the time of first meeting at the resort.
- There is no blood test required.
- It is mandatory to have a valid passport for the marriage license application.
- If either party has been divorced, he or she must present a Decree Absolute or a certificate of the final judgment, NOT the Decree Nisi.
- If the Decree Absolute is in foreign language, it must be translated into English by an authorized notary public along with the copy in foreign language.
- If either party has been widowed, he or she must bring the original marriage and/or death certificate. If you are presenting a copy of the death or marriage certificate please ensure that it is stamped by the Registrar of Births and Deaths.
- If one of the parties is under 18 years old, evidence of consent of parents is required in the form of sworn affidavit stamped by a notary public.
- All versions of your documentation MUST be original copies.
- In St. Lucia, you are required to present your original documents to the hotel’s solicitor. At your interview with the wedding coordinator you will meet the solicitor, who will make the application for a marriage license on your behalf. You do not need to leave the resort to have this process done. The fees for your marriage license are included in your wedding package.
- Fees for the Apostle stamp required by most European nations are not include in the cost of wedding packages.The cost of an Apostle is US$250 dollars, to be paid locally. Included in that fee is the Apostle stamp, a certified copy of your marriage license and the fee to mail the license to you via registered mail.
